Guernsey County is seeking to understand what areas are currently being served / underserved with “Broadband”. The term broadband as defined by the FCC is high speed internet meeting or exceeding 100Mbps of Download and 20Mbps of Upload. Our goal is to use this information to help providers and initatives to further broadband access throughout the county.
