A new bulk water station is now on-line to benefit residents in Northern Guernsey County. The facility is located at the Liberty Community Volunteer Fire Department and will be in operation 24-7. The station is a cooperative effort of the Guernsey County Water Department, the Guernsey County Commissioners, Liberty Fire Chief Tim Johnson and the Liberty Township Trustees. The self-service water station is equipped to accept both currency and coins.
