(If you do not already have a child support order and you are not living with the other parent, first go to CSEA and get an order of child support before filing your complaint. You will not be allowed to file without the order).

Exhibit D- Notice of Education Seminar Requirement 
Parties must attend a parenting seminar before the final hearing, or the Court may not grant a divorce.

When filing, the Plaintiff may need:

(Not required, but should be filed if party wishes to have order in place during the pendency of the case)

 

If you cannot pay the court cost deposit at the time of filing you may file the following for the courts review:

a.        Application for Waiver of Filing Fee

b.        Financial Disclosure/Affidavit of Indigency

You may be permitted to pay a reduced deposit amount and make monthly payments but ALL costs will be assessed at the end of the case and will be due to the Clerk of Courts.

In response, the Defendant will need:
